Tyhesha C. Marshall, Esq. completed her undergraduate studies at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA. where she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree. Ms. Marshall went on to become employed by a large, well renown New Jersey area law firm where she assisted in the handling of personal injury lawsuits and product liability cases.

Ms. Marshall then went on to attend Seton Hall University School of Law, in Newark, NJ where she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree with a Concentration in Intellectual Property Studies. During her law school studies, Ms. Marshall worked as a student attorney in the Center for Social Justice representing low-income, New Jersey residents with Federal Income Tax issues. Ms. Marshall also participated in mock trial competitions and the Appellate Advocacy program where she was responsible for leading oral arguments on emerging legal issues before a panel of judges. 

Ms. Marshall was the recipient of the Cook-Rutlege Law Fellowship, with the State of New Jersey, Department of Health and Senior Services, Office of Minority and Multicultural Health, where Ms. Marshall worked on program compliance, with a focus on the Healthcare Reform Act ("Obama Care"). Ms. Marshall subsequently went on to continue her work in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on commercial contracts, Research and development and Clinical Trials at both the local and international level.
